When you upload or post content to our Website, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable licence to use... such content... without notice.
By posting content, you grant the company a permanent, global, and irrevocable right to use your content for any purpose, including promotion, without needing your permission or providing compensation.
We may amend these terms from time to time... any amendments will take effect upon posting.
The company can change the terms at any time, and these changes become binding the moment they are posted on the website, without any obligation to notify you.
Failure to comply with these terms... may result in our taking all or any of the following actions anytime without prior notice.
The company reserves the right to terminate your account, cancel your bookings, or remove your content at any time, for any reason, without giving you prior notice.
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
The company may share your personal information with government or law enforcement agencies whenever they deem it necessary or legally required.
You and we both agree that the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction... although this shall not deprive you of any mandatory right to choose instead to resolve any such dispute or claim in the courts of the country in which you are resident.
While Singapore is the default venue, the company explicitly acknowledges your right to use your local courts for disputes if your local consumer laws mandate it.
