What the terms actually say

Section 4.5 — Website Access

redBus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the Website and the services offered on the same or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any other reason whatsoever.

The company can block your access to the service at any time without telling you why or giving you advance warning.

Section 8.5 — Government Disclosure

The data of the User as available with redBus may be shared with concerned law enforcement agencies for any lawful or investigation purpose without the consent of the User.

The company reserves the right to hand over your personal data to law enforcement without notifying you or asking for your permission.

Section 20.3 — Amendment

redBus reserves the right to change the User Agreement from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the User Agreement.

The company can change the rules at any time, and it is your job to keep checking back to see if they have changed.

Section 18.1 — Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless redBus, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you are responsible for paying their legal bills and any damages they are ordered to pay.

Section 20.2 — Jurisdiction

This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru.

Any legal disputes must be handled in courts located in Bengaluru, India, regardless of where you live.
