BY PURCHASING... YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE LYFT PINK TERMS AND THE LYFT TERMS OF SERVICE (INCLUDING ITS ARBITRATION PROVISIONS).

By using the service, you agree to the main Lyft Terms of Service, which include mandatory arbitration.

Modification of Terms

Lyft reserves the right to modify these Lyft Pink Terms at any time, effective upon posting to the Lyft App. Your continued use of Lyft Pink following such modification will constitute your agreement of the revised Lyft Pink Terms.

Lyft can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use counts as acceptance.

Auto-Renewal

Your Lyft Pink membership will automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual subscription period...

Your subscription will keep renewing and charging your card until you manually cancel it.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Lyft Pink membership at any time by navigating to the Lyft Pink tab in the Lyft Application and following the cancellation instructions.

You can cancel your subscription easily through the app settings.

Refunds

Canceling your Lyft Pink membership does not entitle you to a refund for payments already processed, and does not stop a pending charge.

Once a payment is processed, it is generally non-refundable.
