Section 46.3 — Arbitration Agreement

THESE TERMS ALSO INCLUDE CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER.

You are forced to resolve disputes through private arbitration and cannot participate in class action lawsuits or jury trials.

Section 4.1.4 — User Content License

you hereby grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferrable and sub-licensable right to host, use, reproduce...

Agoda claims a permanent, global right to use, modify, and sell your content for any purpose, including advertising, without paying you.

Section 39.4 — Unilateral Modifications

We may amend these Terms at any time. Such amendments shall be effective once they are posted on the Platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments... constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments.

Agoda can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use counts as acceptance.

Section 36.8 — Liability Cap

the liabilities of the Agoda Group in the aggregate will not exceed the lower of (a) the aggregate cost of your purchased Travel Product... and (b) USD 250.

Agoda limits its total financial liability to you to a maximum of $250, regardless of the harm caused.

Section 10.1 — Cancellation

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email, use our self-service tool, or contact Customer Service.

You can manage or cancel your bookings through a self-service tool, which is a user-friendly practice.
