Hilton Honors reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules... at its sole discretion, with or without notice

Hilton can change the program rules, benefits, or rewards at any time without providing any notice to members.

Additional Terms of Participation

Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action.

Members are explicitly prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits against Hilton regarding the program.

In no event shall Hilton be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages... your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products paid by you

If Hilton is found liable for damages, your recovery is strictly limited to a refund of the amount you paid for the specific service that failed.

You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence

You must bring any legal claim against Hilton within two years of the incident, or you waive your right to sue.

Hilton Honors reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Hilton Honors membership... for any Member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Program Terms

Hilton has broad discretion to terminate your membership and forfeit your points if they believe you violated the terms.
