The company commits to not using your interactions with their AI chatbot to train their models.
If you are required to disclose Proprietary Information by law, court order, or government agency, you will: (1) assert its confidential nature, (2) give Microchip prompt notice of such requirement to disclose.
You must notify the company if you are legally compelled to share their proprietary information.
