You grant Elementor a permanent, global, and sublicensable license to use, share, and create derivative works from your content.

Privacy and Data Protection

Elementor may collect... aggregated and de-identified data... for its business purposes, including analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, and AI model training.

Elementor explicitly reserves the right to use your usage data to train their AI models.

Affiliate Program — Termination and Suspension

Upon any termination of this Agreement for any reason... ALL Pending and Outstanding Commissions are immediately forfeited and cancelled.

If your affiliate account is terminated for any reason, you lose all earned commissions.

General — No Class-Action

YOU UNDERTAKE NOT TO ENGAGE IN ANY CLASS-ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY AND SOLELY TO CLAIM YOUR LOSSES PERSONALLY.

You are prohibited from joining class-action lawsuits against the company.

Privacy Policy — Data Retention
