Attendees at this Event agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cvent, its officers, directors and agents, against all claims arising out of actions or omissions of attendee
You are legally and financially responsible for defending Cvent against any third-party claims related to your conduct at the event.
Cvent, at its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse or revoke admittance or access to or expel from the Event anyone for any lawful reason
Cvent can terminate your access to the event at any time for any reason they deem lawful.
The Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time by Cvent and the terms are non-negotiable.
Cvent reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally without providing notice to you.
Any dispute must be litigated in the English courts located in London, England to whose exclusive jurisdiction the Parties hereby consent.
All legal disputes must be handled in London, regardless of where you live.
