Under no circumstances will Bidmachine’s aggregate liability... exceed the net amount paid by Bidmachine to you during the three-month period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim, or, if no amount has been paid, the amount of $50.00.
If the company causes you harm, they have capped their financial responsibility to you at $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bidmachine, its officers, members, managers, directors, and employees, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
You are legally and financially responsible for the company's legal defense if they are sued due to your actions.
We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Such modified Terms will become effective and will apply to your use of the Bidmachine Services upon our posting such Terms to the Website. Your continued use of our Bidmachine Services after a modification has been posted shall be deemed to constitute acceptance
The company can change the rules at any time without telling you, and you are bound by the new rules just by continuing to use the service.
