Section 18 — Dispute Resolution

either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association... Section 15 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Curation Media... from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees).

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if your use of the service leads to a third-party claim.

Section 19 — Changes to These Terms

When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Website... We may also provide notice through email or in-Platform notifications.

The company commits to notifying users of material changes to the terms.

Section 10 — Intellectual Property

By submitting Content, you grant Curation Media a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that Content solely as necessary to provide the Services.

The company only claims the rights to your content that are strictly required to operate the service.
