What the terms actually say

Section 17.1 — Dispute Resolution

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND DJI ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

You are forced into private arbitration and cannot join class action lawsuits.

Section 4.2 — Limited License Grant

By posting or publishing User Content, you grant DJI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license... to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify... and distribute your User Content...

DJI claims a broad, perpetual license to use your uploaded content for any purpose.

Section 7 — Termination

DJI may in its sole discretion terminate your DJI account or suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

DJI can ban you or delete your account at any time without warning.

Section 14 — Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 17.4(iii), THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE DJI ENTITIES TO YOU... IS LIMITED TO $100.

Even if DJI causes you significant harm, their financial liability is capped at $100.

EU Data Act Information

DJI may use the non-personal product and related service data, and share it with third parties for lawful commercial and non-commercial purposes...

DJI reserves the right to share your non-personal data with third parties for commercial gain.

Section 7 — Termination

You may terminate your DJI account at any time by contacting customer service.

You have a clear, albeit manual, path to delete your account.
