Section 6(b) — License grant to Elasticsearch

you hereby grant to Elasticsearch... a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferrable and fully sublicensable... right and license... to use, reproduce, adapt, modify... such User Content, for any purpose

You grant Elastic a permanent, global, and sublicensable license to use your content for any purpose, which survives even if you delete your account.

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF THE ELASTICSEARCH PARTIES UNDER THE AGREEMENT EXCEED US$100.

Elastic limits its total financial liability to you to $100, regardless of the damages you suffer.

Section 15 — Modifications

Elasticsearch reserves the right... to revise, change, update, add or remove provisions of these Terms, at any time... by posting the updated Terms on the Site... without prior notice to you.

Elastic can change these terms at any time without notifying you; you are expected to check the site periodically.

Section 2(b) — Prohibited Conduct

When legally required or at Elasticsearch's discretion, Elasticsearch will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on the Site.

Elastic reserves the right to share your data with law enforcement at their own discretion.

Section 12(b) — Termination

Elasticsearch reserves the right to immediately terminate these Terms or the Agreement... at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Elastic can terminate your account and access at any time for any reason without prior notice.

You have the right to terminate the agreement simply by stopping your use of the service.
