You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the service.
NEITHER PARTY’S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SINGLE INCIDENT... WILL EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU HEREUNDER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT... IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU.
The company limits its total financial liability to the amount you have paid them.
