What the terms actually say

DISPUTES; ARBITRATION

You and we mutually agree that any disputes between us... will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes through private arbitration instead of the public court system.

No class actions or representative proceedings

You and we agree that any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You are prohibited from joining other users in a class action lawsuit, forcing you to fight the company alone.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, PHOTOS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

you grant Hotwire... a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify... such Submissions

Hotwire gains a permanent, global right to use, modify, and sell your photos and reviews forever, even if you delete your account.

TERMINATION OF USAGE

User access to all or part of this Website may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.

The company can lock you out of your account or the service at any time without telling you why.

GENERAL

nothing contained in this Agreement limits our right to comply with law enforcement or other governmental or legal requests

The company reserves the right to hand over your data to government agencies without any requirement to notify you.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the fee or charge you paid to Hotwire... or (b) One-Hundred Dollars (US$100.00)

If the company harms you, they limit their financial responsibility to a maximum of $100.
