you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable and worldwide license to use... the Feedback... without any compensation to you.
Any ideas or feedback you submit become their property to use, sell, or modify forever without paying you.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms of Service, our liability to you... shall not exceed $50.
If they cause you harm or lose your data, the most you can recover is $50.

If we make any material changes to these Terms of Service, we will notify you of changes at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes.
They promise to give you a month's notice before making significant changes to the agreement.
