Section 24B — Grant of License

You grant permission for AccuWeather to use Your User Content to develop artificial intelligence models and algorithms and to train machine learning tools.

AccuWeather claims the right to use your photos, videos, and other submissions to train their AI models.

Section 24B — Grant of License

You hereby acknowledge and agree that You are granting AccuWeather... a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable... right and license to use... Your User Content.

Once you submit content, AccuWeather owns a permanent, non-revocable license to use it forever in any media.

Section 23A — Fees

Packages, once purchased, are nonrefundable... Absolutely no credits or refunds are available.

All sales are final; you cannot receive a refund for any reason, including unused service.

Section 28 — Modifications

AccuWeather may modify this Terms of Use at any time, and the new terms and conditions will become effective by posting the new terms and conditions in the same location as the previous terms and conditions were posted.

The company can change these terms at any time without sending you an email or notification.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You hereby agree that You will well and truly indemnify and save harmless AccuWeather and its affiliates and Providers from all manners of suit, actions, damages, charges, and expenses.

You must pay for the company's legal defense and damages if they are sued due to your use of the site.

Section 13 — No Warranties/Limit of Liability

The total liability of AccuWeather... shall not exceed the greater of $1.00 or 50% of the fees paid by You.

The company limits its financial liability to a maximum of $1.00 in most cases.
