Section 5 — Your Content

you hereby grant Datadog a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable ... license to ... sell, sublicense, transfer and otherwise use without restriction all or any part of such Content.

You grant Datadog an extremely broad, permanent license to use, sell, and sublicense any content you post on the site.

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATADOG’S CUMULATIVE AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED TWO HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Datadog limits its total financial liability to you to $200, regardless of the damages incurred.

Section 18 — Modifications

Datadog may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. By accessing the Site, you agree to the latest version of these Terms.

Datadog can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use of the site counts as your agreement to the new terms.

Section 16.2 — Termination and Monitoring

Datadog may report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Such reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer data.

Datadog reserves the right to share your data with law enforcement or regulators at its own discretion if they suspect illegal activity.
