Section 24 — Dispute Resolution

YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT YOU ARE BOUND TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES IN ARBITRATION, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY FORFEITING YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND TO OTHERWISE PROCEED IN A LAWSUIT IN STATE OR FEDERAL COURT.

You are forced into private arbitration and waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class action.

Section 6 — Submitted Materials

Section 21 — Applicable Laws

All parties to these terms and conditions waive their respective rights to a trial by jury.

You explicitly waive your right to a jury trial for any disputes.
