Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold DreamHost harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees

You are legally and financially responsible for defending the company against any third-party claims arising from your use of the service, including paying their legal fees.

Feedback

You hereby grant to DreamHost a perpetual, worldwide, exclusive, irrevocable, and royalty-free license, and right to use, copy, modify, or otherwise utilize your suggestions, feedback, reviews, or testimonials

Any feedback or suggestions you provide become the company's property to use forever, for any purpose, without compensation to you.

Financial Arrangements

You can cancel by accessing the Manage Account panel page.

You can cancel your service through a self-serve online portal rather than needing to call or mail the company.

Termination

DreamHost reserves the right to disable or suspend without refund any account or service at any time should it feel, in its sole discretion, that there is a reasonable suspicion that it is being used in violation of any agreed upon terms.

The company has broad authority to terminate your account if they believe you have violated the terms.
