Term and Termination

We have the right to take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time without any prior notice to you: Restrict, deactivate, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services, including deleting your accounts...

The company can terminate your account and delete your data at any time for any reason without giving you prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT, SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU AND ANY OTHER PARTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, AND OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.

The company limits its total financial liability to you to $50, regardless of the harm caused.

Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold us... harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees)...

You are responsible for paying the company's legal fees and damages if they are sued due to your use of the service.

General

You agree that, except of any statute or law stipulating to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You waive your right to bring a legal claim if you do not file it within one year of the incident.

Account, Payment, and Cancellation

If you cancel your Premium account before the end of a billing period, cancellation will take effect within 3 business days from cancellation notice and you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the Premium service fee...

The company provides a pro-rata refund if you cancel your premium subscription before the billing period ends.
