What the terms actually say

Section 12 — Arbitration Agreement

YOU CONSENT AND CHOOSE TO HAVE SUCH CLAIMS SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION.

You waive your right to sue in court and must use private arbitration instead.

Section 12 — Class Action Waiver

Each of us expressly agree to waive any ability to maintain any Class Action in any forum raising a Claim covered by this Section.

You are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits.

Section 14 — Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The company can ban you or delete your account at any time without telling you why.

Section 13 — Changes

We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement.

The company can change the rules at any time, and your continued use counts as agreement.

Section 10 — Limitation of Liability

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, we are found to be liable to you for any damages or losses... our liability shall in no event exceed US $25.00.

The company limits its financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $25.
