Section 16 — Dispute Resolution

THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

You waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.

Section 13 — Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold us... harmless from all losses, damages, liabilities... including... professional fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

You are responsible for the company's legal costs if your use of the service leads to a third-party claim.

Section 12.2 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR... TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU... EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

The company limits its financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $100.

Section 7.2 — Content and Account Review

Section 8.2 — Non-Renewal

If you purchase your Subscription Plan through one of the Sites, you can manage and cancel your subscription and any automatic renewals at any time from your account settings.

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time.

Section 16(k) — Opting Out

YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ACCEPTING THESE TERMS.

You have a limited window to opt out of the mandatory arbitration clause.
