What the terms actually say

Section 11.2 — By SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey may cancel your Subscription and terminate the Services effective at the end of a billing cycle by providing at least 30 days’ prior written notice to you

SurveyMonkey can end your service for convenience as long as they provide 30 days' notice.

Section 16.2 — Wufoo-Specific Terms

By making such Form Content available on the Form Gallery, you grant to SurveyMonkey a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable, non-exclusive right to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works and exploit that Form Content

If you post templates or forms to the Wufoo gallery, you give SurveyMonkey permanent, sub-licensable rights to use and modify your work forever.

Section 15.2 — Customer Lists

SurveyMonkey may identify you by name and logo as a customer of the Services on our websites and on other promotional materials.

SurveyMonkey reserves the right to use your company's name and logo in their marketing and promotional materials.

Section 1.2 — Subscriptions

YOU MAY CANCEL AUTO-RENEWAL ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, IN WHICH CASE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE END OF THAT BILLING CYCLE

You have the right to stop auto-renewals at any time, and your service will remain active until the current period ends.

Section 12.1 — Changes to Terms

If an amendment is material, SurveyMonkey will notify you in advance by email to provide you the opportunity to review the changes.

The company commits to emailing you before implementing significant changes to the terms.
