What the terms actually say

Section 12 — Arbitration

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND US ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

You are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits and must resolve all disputes through individual binding arbitration.

Section 3(b)(5) — License Survival

The grant of rights in this Section 3(b) will survive your removal of User Content from the Site, the termination of your use of the Site or Service, or any other termination of these Terms and Conditions... the grant of rights to end users will survive your removal of such User Content from the Site indefinitely.

The company and end-users retain a perpetual, irrevocable license to your content even after you delete your account.

General Terms — Modifications

WE RESERVE THE SOLE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO MODIFY, DISCONTINUE, OR TERMINATE ANY SERVICE OR THE SITE, OR CHANGE, ADD, OR DELETE PORTIONS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.

The company can change the terms of service at any time without providing any direct notice to you.

Section 3(a)(5) — Government Disclosure

You hereby acknowledge and agree that we may, at our sole discretion, disclose User Content in order to: (A) comply with law enforcement, court orders, or the legal process.

The company reserves the right to share your content with law enforcement at their sole discretion.

Section 6(7) — Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE OF OUR AND THE RELATED PARTIES' LIABILITY TO YOU... EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID... AND (B) TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00 U.S.).

The company limits its total legal liability to you to a maximum of $250.

Section 10(1) — Termination

You may terminate your use of the Site at any time.

You have the right to close your account and stop using the service whenever you choose.
