Section 1 — Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement

Section 6 — User Submissions

When you provide User Submissions, you grant to CBS Interactive... a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicenseable license to use, reproduce, archive, edit, translate, create derivative works of...

You give the company a permanent, global license to use, sell, and modify your content for any purpose, including future technologies.

Section 11 — Access to Services and Accounts

We may take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time, and without giving you prior notice: ... Deactivate your accounts and delete all related information and files in your accounts.

The company can delete your account and all your data at any time without telling you why or giving you notice.

Section 15 — Governing Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction

Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you must file any claim or action related to use of the Services or these Terms within one year after such claim or action accrued. Otherwise, you will waive the claim or action.

You have a very short window (one year) to bring a legal claim against the company before you lose the right to do so.

Section 13 — Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless CBS Interactive... with respect to all third party claims, costs (including attorney’s fees and costs), damages, liabilities...

If someone sues the company because of your actions, you have to pay for their legal defense and any damages.
