By submitting the User Submissions to Rat.xxx, you hereby grant Rat.xxx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Rat.xxx Website.
You grant the company a broad, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your uploaded content for any business purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rat.xxx, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your actions.
Rat.xxx may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
The company can terminate your account and delete your content for any reason without giving you prior notice.
Rat.xxx shall not condone child pornography and will cooperate with all governmental agencies that seek those who produce child pornography.
The company explicitly commits to assisting law enforcement in the investigation of illegal content.
