If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay for their lawyers and any damages.
OK.XXX reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice or delay.
The company can delete your content at any time without warning.
in the event OK.XXX terminates your rights to use the website because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
If you are banned, you forfeit any remaining subscription time you paid for.
