What the terms actually say

Section 14.4

any disputes between you and Planfix ... will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association

You waive your right to a jury trial and must resolve disputes through private arbitration.

Section 14.5

By agreeing, you give up the right to a court trial ... and the right to join a class, collective, or representative lawsuit

You are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits.

Section B.8

The updated Agreement is effective immediately upon publication.

The company can change the terms of service at any time without waiting for your agreement.

Section 12.14

The Customer shall defend, indemnify, and protect the Provider or Seller ... from any claims, costs, losses, obligations, and expenses

You are responsible for paying the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 8.10

The Customer may cancel the initial Order for a Product ... no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the Product Order.

You have a 30-day window to cancel your initial purchase for a full refund.
