You grant InMobi a permanent, global license to use and modify your data for any purpose, including for third parties.
InMobi reserves the right to amend this Contract at any time with prior written notice to You
InMobi can change the terms of the agreement at any time, provided they give you 30 days notice.
This Contract may be terminated by InMobi at any time... for its convenience, by providing fifteen (15) days’ written notice
InMobi can cancel your account for any reason with 15 days notice.
To immediately notify InMobi in the event an End User has exercised his/her right to opt-out
You are required to notify InMobi when your users opt-out of tracking, ensuring their rights are respected.
