YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR CASE DECIDED BY A JURY AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST US.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PICSART PARTIES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PICSART

The company limits its financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $100, regardless of the harm caused.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Subscription by signing in to your account and following the instructions for canceling your Subscription.

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings without needing to call or mail them.
