You are locked into your subscription term and cannot get a refund if you stop using the service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OPENDNS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE AND THE SOFTWARE EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00USD).

You grant the company a permanent, global right to use your data for any purpose, which you cannot revoke.
Except as otherwise prohibited by law, any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year from the date such cause of action arises.
You must file any legal claim within one year, or you lose the right to sue.
In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees.
This is a 'loser pays' provision that may force you to pay the company's legal bills if you lose a case.
