Section 1.3 — Liability Release

YOU AGREE TO UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE NBCUNIVERSAL PARTIES ... AND WAIVE ALL CLAIMS ... ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP

You are forced to waive your right to sue the company for any harm, including harm caused by their own negligence.

Section 2.2 — Modification

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion without prior notice, to make changes to the App

The company can change the app or cancel services at any time without notifying you.

Section 3.6 — No Refunds

YOUR PAYMENT IS NONREFUNDABLE, AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-PERIOD SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS OR UNUSED SERVICES.

All sales are final, and you will not receive a refund even if you stop using the service mid-subscription.

Section 3.5 — Cancellation

You may cancel your Start TODAY subscription at any time directly through the Third-Party Platform Provider.

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through the app store or platform provider.
