Section 1 — Can we cancel your account...

We may cancel your user account or reject or cancel orders without notice to you if we determine that your account has been used to make fraudulent orders.

LEGO reserves the right to terminate your account or cancel your orders without providing prior notice if they suspect fraud or policy violations.

Section 7 — To what extent is LEGO Brand Retail, Inc. liable?

OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

Your ability to recover damages in a dispute is strictly limited to the price you paid for the specific item, excluding consequential or punitive damages.
