Section 1 — Applicability of Terms

If Huntress makes a material change to these Terms that will supersede prior versions, Huntress will notify You by sending an email or posting a notice within the Online Portal.

You must pay the company's legal fees and damages if they are sued due to your actions.

Section 14(l) — Disputes and Governing Law

In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under these Terms, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.

The losing party must pay the winner's legal fees, which can deter legitimate claims.
