What the terms actually say

Section 8.1 — Agreement to Arbitrate

You agree that, by entering into these Terms of Service, you and SuSea are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

You are prohibited from suing the company in court or joining others in a class action lawsuit.

Section 4.5 — Our Use of Content

You agree that we may use Content to: (a) provide, maintain, train and improve the Services

The company uses your user-generated content to train their AI models.

Section 2.7 — Modifications to the Services

we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you.

The company can change or terminate your access to the service at any time without warning.

Section 10.12 — Governing Law

any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You have only one year to file a legal claim, which is significantly shorter than most statutory limits.

Section 10.8 — Legal Compliance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to report information from or about you, including but not limited to Prompts or Outputs, to law enforcement.

The company may share your data with law enforcement at their own discretion.

Section 3.3 — Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription for any reason by using a method we may provide to you through our products

You can cancel your subscription through the service interface.
