The company can stop providing the service or ban you from using it whenever they want, for any reason.
If uploaded or submitted to Aviasales, you further give permission and the right to use your name, image, or other personal attributes in connection with such content.
The company can use your name and likeness in their advertising or other materials without paying you.
Any of your concerns and claims... must first be dealt with pre-court dispute settlement procedure... you have the right to appeal to the court in accordance with Hong Kong legislation.
While you must try to resolve issues with them first, you are not forced into private arbitration and retain your right to sue in court.
