CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF USE

Lidl may revise and update these Terms of Use... from time to time in its sole discretion... All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

Lidl can change the terms at any time without direct notice to you; you are responsible for checking for updates.

MATERIALS SUBMITTED BY YOU

you grant Lidl an unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such material throughout the world in any media and for any purpose, including marketing.

By submitting content, you grant Lidl a permanent, global license to use it for any purpose, including AI training or marketing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LIDL... SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).

If you sue Lidl and win, your total recovery is capped at $100.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lidl... from and against any claims, liabilities, damages... (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).

You are financially responsible for Lidl's legal costs if your use of the site leads to a third-party claim against them.

GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF TIME TO FILE CLAIMS

YOU AND LIDL AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION... MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

You must file any lawsuit within one year of the incident, or you lose the right to sue.
