You are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits and must resolve all disputes through individual, private arbitration.
By Posting any User Content, you hereby grant to Poshmark... a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free, fully paid up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, transmit, perform, distribute, store, modify, make derivative works of, and otherwise use in any manner...
Poshmark claims a permanent, global right to use, modify, and distribute your content for any purpose, even after you delete your account.
