What the terms actually say

any dispute or controversy arising out of, in relation to, or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be finally settled by binding arbitration

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use private arbitration.

Site Modifications

You agree that IPinfo, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your account or any part thereof and your use of the Site. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be without prior notice

The company can ban you or delete your account at any time for any reason without telling you first.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IPinfo'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU ... EXCEED THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID IPinfo IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If the company harms you, the most you can recover is $100.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify IPinfo, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they get sued because of you.

Publicity

IPinfo may use your name, logo and other marks to identify you as a user of the Services on IPinfo’s website, marketing materials and other publicity materials.

The company can use your brand identity for their own marketing purposes.
