What the terms actually say

YOUR ACCOUNT

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content... and that you will indemnify AWS for all claims resulting from content you supply.

If someone sues AWS because of something you posted, you are legally required to pay for their defense and any damages.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant AWS a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

By posting content, you grant AWS a permanent and global license to use, modify, and distribute your work in any media, which survives even if you delete your account.

YOUR ACCOUNT

AWS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

AWS has the power to terminate your account or remove your content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to the AWS Site, policies, and these Site Terms at any time.

AWS can modify these terms whenever they want, and they do not commit to notifying you when they do.

DISPUTES

Any dispute... shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in King County, Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You are forced to resolve any legal disputes in Washington state, which may be inconvenient or expensive depending on where you live.
