What the terms actually say

Section 11.1 — Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms... shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

You waive your right to a day in court; all legal disputes must be handled through private arbitration.

Section 11.2 — Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST GPT PROTO ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER.

You are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits, even if many other users have the same grievance.

Section 12.4 — Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the amended version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you; you are expected to check the website regularly.

Section 4.2 — No Refunds

ALL PURCHASES OF CREDITS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You cannot get a refund for unused credits under any circumstances, even if the service is discontinued or fails.

Section 8.2 — Liability Cap

GPT PROTO’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY... SHALL NOT EXCEED... $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

The company limits its total financial liability to you to a maximum of $100, regardless of the actual damages you suffer.

Section 10.2 — Termination by You

You may stop using the Services at any time.

You have the right to stop using the service whenever you choose.
