Amplitude may use techniques such as machine learning in order to improve the Services, and Customer instructs Amplitude to process its Customer Data for such purpose; provided that no Customer Data will ever be shared with any other customer and any such use by Amplitude shall comply with applicable law.
Amplitude may train machine learning models on your customer data with no clear opt-out, only promising not to share the raw data with other customers.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California.
Any dispute is governed by California law and held in San Francisco, no matter where you are in the world.
