What the terms actually say

Section 6 — Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

If you sue the company and win, the most you can recover is $100, regardless of the actual damages you suffered.

Section 7 — Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; the revision takes effect when posted. Continuing to use the Service after a revision means you accept it.
