What the terms actually say

Section 1 — Modifications

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Such change will be effective ten (10) days following posting of the revised Terms on the Site, and your continued use of the Site thereafter means that you accept those changes.

The company can change the rules at any time, and by continuing to use the site, you automatically agree to the new terms.

Section 15 — Termination

Global-e, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate these Terms and/or your access to the Site, or any part thereof, immediately at any time and with or without cause.

The company can terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Section 18 — Statute of Limitations

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

You must file any legal claim against the company within one year, or you lose the right to sue forever.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Global-e and our affiliates... from and against any and all claims... (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of, or inability to use, the Site; (ii) ; or (ii) your violation of these Terms.

If the company gets sued because of your use of the site, you have to pay their legal bills.

Section 13 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GLOBAL-E... EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO GLOBAL-E FOR USING THE SITE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO BRINGING THE CLAIM.

If the company causes you harm, the most they will pay you is the amount you paid them in the last three months.
