You may terminate this Agreement at any time by following the instructions provided within the DNSPod Services.
You have a clear, self-serve way to cancel your account.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TENCENT... WILL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL DNSPOD FEES THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO TENCENT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THAT EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY FIRST OCCURRED.
If the company makes a mistake, the most you can recover is what you paid them in the last year.
Tencent or its Affiliates may immediately without prior notice to you, suspend your access to and use of the DNSPod Services.
The company can shut down your access to the service instantly without telling you first.
