What the terms actually say

Section 8.2 — Amendments

Any changes to the terms of use will be sent to you by email at least two weeks before they take effect.

The company provides advance notice of changes via email, allowing you time to review or object.

Section 4.4 — Deletion

You can delete your account yourself at any time.

You have a self-serve, immediate right to delete your account and associated data.

Section 7.2 — Indemnification

In this case you also bear the cost of legal defence for FRITZ! including all court costs and fees for legal counsel.

If your actions lead to a lawsuit against the company, you must pay for their legal defense and court costs.

Section 5.2 — Data Usage

We will not forward your data to third parties unless there is consent or a statutory obligation.

The company pledges not to sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or other purposes without your permission.
