Choice of Law; Dispute Resolution

By using the Site, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas... You hereby irrevocably waive... any claim that any such proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

You must sue Garmin in Kansas, regardless of where you live, and you waive the right to argue that this location is unfair.
