Changes to the Site

Epsilon reserves the right to change, edit, or delete any documents, information, or other content appearing on the Site or these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and in its sole discretion.

The company can change the terms of service at any time without informing you.

Visitors Communications

You grant Epsilon all necessary rights, including a waiver of all privacy and moral rights, to use all comments, feedback, information, or materials, in whole or in part, or as a derivative work, without any duty by Epsilon to anyone whatsoever.

You give the company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use anything you submit to them.

Indemnification

You must pay for the company's legal defense if your use of the site leads to a lawsuit.

Epsilons performance of these Terms and Conditions is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained herein is in derogation of our right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements.

Governing Law & Location of Dispute Resolution

You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, the State of Texas, United States of America.

All legal disputes must be handled in Texas courts.
