The company reserves the right to share user data with authorities at their discretion.

Governing Law & Location of Dispute Resolution

You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, the State of Texas, United States of America.

Legal disputes must be resolved in a specific, potentially inconvenient jurisdiction.
