All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

If you lose an arbitration case, you are liable for the company's legal fees.
You grant to GameAnalytics a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such data.
The company keeps a permanent right to use your data for their own purposes.
GameAnalytics reserves the right to update, amend, or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting changes at https://gameanalytics.com.
The company can change the contract without sending you an email or alert.
Cancellations can be made through the user account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation is straightforward and self-serve.
