You can cancel your subscription easily through your account dashboard without needing to contact support.
In no event will the aggregate liability... exceed the amounts actually paid by you to Automattic during the 12-month period prior to the date a claim is made.
If the company makes a mistake that costs you money, you cannot sue them for more than what you paid them in the last year.
